I purchase a pair of Men’s leather moccasins from Glovera.com.On their webpage they gave the impression their Melbourne outlet was closing and there was a sale.I paid $97 for them plus fright and paid via ApplePay.After the transaction I was concerned I never received any communication from Glovera about sale receipt or shipping advice.I went onto their webpage the next day and emailed them my concerns about lack of communication..their contact location is in the UK,and no reply forthcoming.I sent 2 more emails..still no reply.I contacted my bank which sent a dispute claim but which has since advised they cannot help me and it seems I have been scammed.From this experience I would not recommend anyone trading with Glovera.com…completely unprofessional and unethical.RGAustralia
