The gardening gloves were fine. I had bought the same gloves 4 years earlier, from a local garden centre. The problems arose from the delivery time. The company quoted a delivery date about a week after the initial order. It happened to be a Friday. Tracking the delivery on Royal Mail site showed that they acknowledged the item had been posted on the Tuesday. Ok so far, except that was the only information given right past the expected delivery date. Through Saturday and Sunday, no change - “item posted expected at Royal Mail soon.” Then, on Monday pm the message changed to “ item received at main hub.” This was all I was told until the message at last changed to say it was at the local delivery office, and would be delivered between 12:25 and 15:25. At 18:00 it was delivered. Next time I’ll get another pair locally.
