This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced!! I ordered two strapless bras from Glowflip, and the tracking website was an absolute nightmare. It took forever to update, and it did not show where your package was in a linear movement as other websites do, so essentially I never knew where my package was. My package was delivered quite abruptly, but since it had traveled all the way from Europe I was just grateful that I received it. Upon opening the package, I could visibly see that the bras were very small, and when I tried one on it was laughable how small the cups were. To say that these bras run small is the understatement of the century!! Needless to say, I instantly emailed Glowflip to start a return. I informed them that the products were unused with its original packaging. I also informed them that I was willing to pay the return fee. They unbelievably told me that they could only refund me $4.00 USD dollars and that I should give the products to someone else!! Really?!!! I couldn't believe my eyes when I read that statement!! They outright refused my refund request, and then they have the nerve to tell me to simply give it away?!! I have never experienced anything like this from another company, and I will tell everyone that I know not to order from this company. Their shipping is unreliable and spotty, and their refund policy is non-existent. Don't order anything from this company, they are crooks!!
