Over 3 weeks I'm waiting for my package and they don't know where it is but they tell me to be patie

I have been waiting to get my package that I ordered from this company over 3 weeks ago and all I get are numerous replies that seem to be coming from a robot or a very stupid human being with a script that never gives any real information except my package was shipped or it's on the way give them a chance,wait. It's one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. They never seem to know where my package is they just keep making excuses about it and telling me to be patient and it's on the way. The first time they told me oh it's in Sweden somewhere. Why is it in Sweden? Nobody knows, then two weeks later I still haven't gotten it, and July 15 now I get a notice oh it's suddenly cleared custom somewhere in the United States. But where in the United States it doesn't say it doesn't say or know when I'm going to receive it. This is the most ridiculous thing I've ever experienced from a company and I'm furious. I asked them for a refund I told him I wanted to cancel the order but they say can't do it. So I'm stuck here everyday getting these emails with the same crap in them and no real information. There's a tracking number but that doesn't give any real information either as to where my package is, nobody ever seems to know where it really is! I'm assuming this comes from China and it just one more reason why nobody should ever do business with companies from China because they suck. And then they make sure that you never have time to make a return in the time they give you to get a refund. The language used in their emails to me tell me they're not real Native English speakers and I think they have a lot of nerve to tell me to be patient after giving you this runaround for 3 weeks. They're unreliable I can't trust them at this point. Maybe one day I'll receive the package but who knows? I think the Better Business Bureau needs to know about them.Update July 16 2024I just received my order and my suspicions were right about this company they lied to me. I'm sure this came from So. China at the Shenzhen General Warehouse Operation Center to the United States and then it was mailed from Chicago Illinois from Ron Wang at 1 So. Ashland Ave 60609! So he didn't know where my package was all this time and couldn't tell me? Or how it wound up in Sweden? And one of my items in there have been open before it wasn't brand new I could tell cuz it wasn't vacuum sealed. What is more, the package stinks. This company needs to be investigated and shut down. I'm filing a report with a Better Business Bureau and maybe the police if the BBB can't help me.Final update from me July 28. I wrote the company a couple more times to and where they are located and send me their phone number. They never responded to it. Not even track down that guy in Chicago to see if he really is the seller or the person who mailed it to me from there and I did it through Instagram. Turns out it's supposedly a big science professor but at that same address which was the return address on the package I received. But he would not answer my questions either. I think it's because he knows I was on to him.
