Cancelled installation by email with only a couple of days notice . Contract says they will discuss any potential delays. Claimed it was because DNO not through (they application before installation was only 32 day not the 45 days recommended) but contract says they can still install and then return to connect it once approval received. Asked them to reinstate installation and they claim they can't do it for another month. Initially they tried to claim another 45 days although permission should be through only 13 days later) spoken to many departments, all promise to call back but don't. Have raised formal complaint. Considering asking for refund and going elsewhere whilst also taking them to court for breaches on contract
