Ordered for a Xmas present. Followed up a week and a half later, it hadn't even been pulled yet. It did not arrive by Xmas. That could be overlooked, but the product is not good. It doesn’t truly get warm, and the pulses are not very strong.
Their advertising is good, as I really thought I was purchasing something unique that would be different than products. I already own. When I wrote within the time frame to get a full refund. She made it sound like it was ME that was the problem, not that the product doesn't freakin WORK. And I quote" Regarding your refund request, we can absolutely assist you with a return. However, as outlined in our Returns Policy, the product would need to be returned to our overseas warehouse via a registered and insured courier. 20% is $15.90 USD on a product I paid $79 for, that doesn't work!
My plan is to blast them ALL over Social media ( and I have hundreds of thousands of connections in various global groups etc and possibly do a charge back with my bank??
Oh, and their US address in Wyoming that is listed on my credit card bill is a VIRTUAL OFFICE. Go ahead and tell me again, Glwria that you are NOT a scam!?!
