My daughter had a wonderful day as a runner and enjoyed her shoot; everyone was really lovely with her. However, I purchased a voucher for her pictures and am still waiting for them to be emailed over. I've sent multiple messages and emails but have received no response, which has made my daughter sad as she was excited to show her dad. While the packages for photos start at a higher price, which is understandable, it did feel a bit pressured to purchase them. Overall, she had a lovely day, but I'm disappointed about not receiving the pictures.
