Totally dissatisfied with this courier.Zero communication.Waiting for an Amazon parcel by 25/11 new delivery given by 30/11as nothing arrived by that date contacted them . Was told address was incorrect, checked address and confirmed them to be correct . Was told would be on delivery next day 2/12 today 3/12 no parcel and no communication of any kind even though I told the depo operator to advice the driver to calle if there was any problem.That's NOT how to run such a service.Highly undependeble
