I had a delivery from Poland. GLS got the heavy big package to me within a week. Once it reached Annacotty in Limerick, the GLS team once again got the delivery absolutely perfectly. I have had 2 deliveries from GLS and both times were 10/10, 5 stars, for the Limerick/Tipperary area and the customer service team in Dublin who orchestrated it all.Ian within the customer service department in Dublin, was very friendly, very helpful, directed me on how the delivery would go and which driver would be delivering my package.Adam the delivery driver from Annacotty-Limerick, was very friendly, honest and straightforward. He planned a time of 12 midday for the package to be delivered and he wasn't a minute late. Really nice, hardworking lad.
