Completely ineffective service. Marked my parcel as 'out for delivery' and then claimed it 'couldn’t be delivered.' That is a flat-out lie. I was home all day. No knock, no call, no doorbell. This wasn’t a delivery attempt—it was pure negligence masked by false tracking updates. Utterly unprofessional, zero accountability, and a total waste of time. If you want your package to actually arrive, do not use this service.
