GLS is a funny company , my parcel arrived in the country 3 weeks ago they attempted delivery 5 times (i was home and nobody came ) then they said to be patient , i’ve rung them multiple times which it takes over an hour each time because they are „busy „ 24/7 i emailed them about the parcel 12 times none of which were answered they had the parcel return the the centre 5 times after trying to deliver it even though i payed for express delivery . if you want to stresss over a delivery make sure you order from a website that uses gls as a carrier
