I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone. I ordered a musical instrument online from another EU country on November 27. The parcel traveled through several countries in one week but stalled in France on December 6 with no updates for a week. The next update came from Ireland, where the parcel reached the center on December 15, but the same status persisted a week later. Then, silence until January 8. Meanwhile, the customer support team did not respond to my emails and was unreachable by phone. I contacted the seller to check if the parcel was lost or returned. Miraculously, the next day I got an update that my parcel was out for delivery. I stayed home all day to ensure I wouldn’t miss it, but the driver never contacted me, despite having my phone number. He left the box in front of my door without ringing the bell. I suppose I should feel fortunate that the item arrived and wasn't stolen. In summary, it took nearly a month for the delivery within the country, and the driver carelessly left an expensive item on the street without notifying me. As others have mentioned, I will be avoiding services that use this courier in the future.
