Gls company policy is 3 days and he didnt respond or call me back within that time frame. IMAGINE IF YOU HAVE A VALUABLE PACKAGE SITTING SOMEWHERE FOR 3 DAYS BEFORE THE DRIVER HAS TO RESPOND-customer must do all the leg work trying to find missing parcel-Drivers ar liable to drop your delivery to any property in the area. Its common practice. That was probably ok in the 80s and 90s but times have changedThey simply dont careTough luck if your package was lost
