My parcel was out for delivery 27/01/21, I have been waiting all day long nobody came to home but tracking says they try to deliver 1.14 pm but reception counter was closed, I rang knock customer service 5.00 pm and they told me it was a mistake and they mention packet will deliver 28/01/21. I am tracking again 28/01/21 9.00 am and tracking saying packet was delivered 27/01/21 4.00 pm, But I did not receive any delivery. I checked my door again in case driver left my packet at the door but I did not see any packet.GLS driver just useless, they have no responsibility at all. My suggestion is try different courier. We pay for good service, not paying for extra headache. Sorry, I need to mention I have received my packet 28/01/21 afternoon and it was just left into my door.
