Literally the worst delivery company in the world.5 tickets open no response. Parcel out for delivery since 10am. Nearly 12 hours later no package. Spent 1 hour in a call queue this morning to make sure the package was coming.How they still are able to operate is beyond me. Theres always an excuse from them that no other courier needs to have. Nothing gives me more stress than seeing "GLS have your package" in my emails. I implore any company to avoid using GLS as it reflects extremely poor on the company for even choosing them in the first place.
