One thing that frustrates me so much is when you are at home and waiting for your delivery (that's after you rearrange your office/home working days), you receive an email to say that you weren't at home. And you read that message while at home. I live on second floor and was expecting a kitchen table to be delivered today. DHL driver arrived, took a photo of the building entrance and left. I was puzzled. They may refuse to take it upstairs and it is fine. But if they don't let me know that they arrived, what can I do? Am I expected to wait the courier in the street within the hourly delivery window, which keeps changing? The photo uploaded shows the building entrance which is ridiculous. I dont live on the hallway... I tried to call them, no luck. You can never go beyond automated response, tried their WhatsApp.. no luck. You can never go beyond their automated "please pick from this list as to why you contact us" section. All of them takes you to an automated response and all of them were saying I wasn't home. I was... And now this will be delivered on Monday next week and I am not in. I don't have time and patience for this. It was a matter of knocking my door and ask me to pick things up. I emailed the seller to say that I want a refund.
