A major letdown. I placed an order through an online sale, and on the day of collection, no one arrived. It was frustrating, but I understand things can happen. The following day, I attempted to contact customer support, only to be told that the item had been picked up (after multiple failed attempts with automated replies). Luckily, I found a contact number online to reach a person. The representative believed my situation and promised to reschedule. The next day, still no pickup. When I called again on the third day, the agent refused to help since I wasn't using the original platform! I struggled through that conversation with another overseas call center (the location doesn't bother me; I just need competent help!). The representative said she would check with the depot and call me back, but hours went by without a callback. I called again, and the agent hung up on me. I’ve now had to cancel my shipment, losing £300 in profit due to this ineffective service. Stay away; choose reliable services instead.
