The parcel was saposed to be delivered on Wednesday but it didn’t arrive till the Thursday we had emails and texts to say it was being delivered my son had to leave his work to be here for the parcel as I had some where to be and it didn’t arrive even though they were sending him text saying it was on its way no wonder people use other couriers if you can’t even turn up when you say the driver that brought the parcel on Thursday was very helpful and nice about the mix up as he had been on holiday and just got the parcel so I have no trouble or complaints about the driver
