It's a pity I can't give negative stars as I feel 1 star for this excuse of a company is far too generous.Christmas present dispatched on 12th December from Belgium and it still hasn't arrived here as of today, 16th January. Agents barely speak English when you get through to them, 12 unanswered emails I sent over the last month. I absolutely will not order from any online retailer who use this "courier" in future. Faster cycling to Belgium and picking it up myself
