On the 23rd, I waited at home, but when I checked the tracking again, it said 'delivered,' yet nothing was delivered. I contacted the delivery service and was told they would file a claim against the driver. There was no email notification about my package, and no proof of delivery. I'm frustrated after waiting for over 3 weeks. I will definitely avoid this company in the future.
