I used the Track and Trace service and on day 4 it seemed my parcel was still stuck in a warehouse in Czechia. I emailed GLS. Ian replied almost immediately saying the parcel was on the way and the system should update soon. I was surprised and delighted when my parcel arrived the next morning before I even had a chance to check. Seamless service, very good support. Will definitely be using GLS again.
