In particular Lavinia went above and beyond to help me with an issue that stemmed from the company I bought an item from and actually it had nothing to do with GLS. Nonetheless Lavinia went out of her way to help me, for which I was very grateful. I highly recommend GLS, such a excellent and helpful company with superb employees and customer care.
