bought a van with 33,000 done 600 miles and could not get reverse gear. I phoned the AA Warranty van protect plus.The person on phone was very nice and gave me a garage to take van. The Garage said the Gear linkages had seized and wants renewing, the garage phoned the warranty company who refused point blank that they will not cover this.I had no phone call of explanation from warranty company.when I rang to ask why this is not covered, the only explanation I had was its all in the paperwork, this person was very rude and just wanted me off the phone.,Do not buy from this Company you will regret it, complete waste of money and time.very unprofessional and arrogant. ref 1694304/1846228UPDATE...… I picked van up from garage today after being fixed, they said they had had 8 jobs from AA Warranty and only one had been accepted.The garage themselves deal with warranties they could not believe this job was not covered.The replies they put on here about investigating the problem are all lies, I rang up to give them my policy number and still got same answer, read policy and same attitude.I also rang Garage who I bought van off they could not understand why this was not covered, said they would look at other warranty companies.DO NOT BUY, if you are offered this warranty when buying a vehicle, REFUSE IT.UPDATE.
