I’ve been on the program for a little over a year now.It has been the best journey and the making of me. As well as my fat loss and body recomposition, it has done wonders for my mental health.The program is built around what YOU respond to and is not generic by any means; Warren has been the perfect trainer for me (and my new bestie). He understands that my performance is also dependent on the other aspects of my life and checks in on those elements so ensure that I’m my best self in order to get the best results I can.The community of ladies that they have built is a testament to the incredible ladies around the world on a fitness journey, whether they are at the beginning of it or have been on the road for years.Lord knows I appreciate what Josh, Warren and the other trainers have built so if you are unsure about whether to join the program, honestly, just do it! You will not be disappointed. I don’t have a single regret.
