This policy is not worth the paper it is printed on. I have been told that according to my warranty I would receive £500 towards the cost of my car repairs. I have now been informed by the garage repairing my car, that the garage will only receive £320 off the policy, as the AA pay another company the £500 and they take their share before giving the rest to the garage. Which is NOT what it says in the guarantee, it states you will receive the £500, NOT a share of it. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. Worst experience I’ve had in the 50 years I have been driving. My car has been stuck in the garage for over a week, and I need my car to as my wife is disabled.
