This warranty has absolutely NOTHING in any way to do with the AA. The AA has outsourced their warranty insurance cover to an Organisation in Yorkshire. It's an insurance policy you buy, and not a warranty guarantee. Therefore all claims are subject to a great deal of scrutiny with the objective of refusing to pay out for your claim if possible. Mine cost me £250 for 12 months and I am dreading anything being wrong and having to claim. Had I been made aware that the AA were not associated with this scheme, I would not have bought the warranty. I have e-mailed the AA Chief executive asking for his observations.
