I'm going out of my way to write a review here. This is by far the worst courier service in Ireland.Parcel marked as delivery, nothing in the building post area. Called them, took ages to respond and they replied with a picture of the "Delivery" the driver simply left the parcel outside the building, in the rain, without bothering to intercom or call me.Obviously the parcel was stolen.Now trying to resolve with the worst customer service I've seen in ages. Agents are clueless, no Lead or Manager to follow up.Congratulations, your company is very poorly reviewed for a reason.
