Parcel Not picked up????

Had a problem where my parcel was not collected for a week from a drop off point....still not sure what the actual issue was after many phone calls emails going from pillar to post etc. However received phone call from Lisa Uzell who had it all sorted within minutes . She was so apologetic ,efficient , courteous and extremely helpful . Thank you Lisa, parcel arrived three days later.
