They made a mess which they only partly cleaned up. They laid insulation in the loft on top of all the boarding used as walkway and storage. I am still waiting for an assessment to be carried out on the roof which was promised 2 weeks ago, not that they will get through the door now.Overall a very dissatisfied customer.
