The first day I tried it, I was also taking some sugar down gummies and my blood dropped to 95 from 119. I thought this was fantastic. The next day I took it without the sugar down gummies and my blood was went up to 165. My blood hasn't been that high before. My blood has now stayed high for several day and there was no diet change. I will try it a couple more days. For some reason this is having an opposite effect on me. I am pretty sure that this review will get removed because they don't want anyone to see a bad review.
