We had an appointment at GN Law on 9 December 2025 at 3 pm for a divorce matter as a victim of severe domestic violence. The appointment was booked a month in advance, and we came fully prepared with all the documents the firm requested. We were welcomed politely by the receptionist and the junior staff member who initially checked and scanned our papers.Unfortunately, what followed was extremely disappointing. A lawyer named Loretta eventually came into the room with a junior. Her manner was abrupt, unprofessional and frankly disrespectful. The way she spoke to us — and even to her own junior in front of us — was deeply uncomfortable. We felt dismissed, humiliated, and discriminated against. It was an upsetting experience that left us shocked.Although she pointed out a mistake in one of the letters, this was an error we were not responsible for. We were willing to cooperate fully, but her attitude made the entire meeting unnecessarily distressing. This kind of behaviour is unacceptable from a professional who is supposed to support clients during sensitive matters. I hope GN Law address this internally, as no client should feel the way we felt during this appointment.
