STEER CLEAR!! My water has been out for 11 days and counting due to a supply line burst. They have promised me callback after callback without fulfilling their promises. They promised me an outside contractor approval by end of day, then never followed through. Now I'm being told they won't approve an outside contractor. I'm so tired of being yanked around and lied to! They do not honor their promises, they do not take care of problems, even emergencies, in a timely manner. 11 DAYS WITHOUT WATER AND STILL COUNTING!!
