I have got to say that I have not experienced such good customer service in a very long time until I ordered my 360 machine. Miya was phenomenal! Sent me all the info that was needed for my order very promptly, Assisted me with my logo (which is beyond what I imagined), and was so very nice and helpful with the entire process. My order arrived on time without any issues or mishaps. No dents or breaks in my 360.
