If i could leave zero stars i would. Booked a reservation and within 1 minute of booking realized i made a mistake and called right away to cancel. The woman i spoke to said there is an $85 cancellation fee and I repeated it back to her and said $85 that’s almost triple the fair. The started to yell and me and say that’s our cancellation fee you can pay it or change your reservation. I explained the reservation was booked 2 minutes prior and there is no way I would be rebooking with a company that is so nasty.She proceeded to yell at me for another minute and asked for my email that was provided on the confirmation. I haven’t experienced this level of disrespect from a company in a long time. Thank god I didn’t go through with the reservation…
