On top of 'guaranteed price' displayed prior to booking, there is a booking fee as well as 2 × £7 charges for your car entering and exiting the airport twice. While I accept that this is an airport fee not the parking fee there is absolutely no mention of it while booking the parking service. This should be a built in charge as the service isn't usable without it. Also, the online 'chat' will only provide you with an email address that takes over 24hrs to get a reply from and the phone number provided appears to be unmanned.
