Their communications were great. Trip was as planned except for flight from Gustavus on 08/09/2024 cancelled due to weather. I was able to find a water taxi to Juneau that night. Next day got email from Alaska Tours asking about the delay. When I explained what had happened they promptly refunded the cost of the airfare.
