Sincerely awful. I purchased two battery packs and a heating blanket less than a couple of weeks ago. The blanket was used for a total of 10 minutes indoors and handled gently. It immediately stopped working after 10 minutes. The light was flickering and it was obvious that there was a wiring issue. For this to be the case straight out of the package, it's pretty obvious to me that this product is very poorly made. Customer service didn't even care to comment and stated that the blanket could be returned so long as I had all of the original packaging. I hope I do. If not, how would that change the fact the blanket is defective? How would that void a return? That's wild to me. Also, there is a 30 day warranty. 30 days!! It's like they know this $250+ item is not expected to last more than a month. Guys, this company feels so scammy (which is usually when I TrustPilot - to warn others). Do not even waste your money.
