Purchased gloves 2 years ago. Stitching came out of thumb area so I contacted the company. After many days of being ignored and chasing them down, I was finally told that I was outside there warrantee window. All I wanted was to pay for a fix. They said I had to buy a new pair. Another $250+ expense due to poor stitching. Bad CS, bad resolution, bad response. I wouldn't recommend these folks at all, unless everything is perfect. I loved the gloves until this happened, now I dislike the company and how they treat their existing customers.
