The lower radiator pipe must be removed from the engine block and the you have to unbolt the steering rack or remove the steering column to get the header in from underneath as its impossible from up top, and the bolts are almost impossible to get to. After getting the system in, following the instructions, the passenger outlet centred nicely but the drivers side is offset and can't be moved without some heat and massaging.
