I paid £1,105 directly to Goboony for a campervan hire that turned out to be not fit for purpose, forcing me to cancel the trip. Goboony told me to seek a refund directly from the van owner, despite my contract being with them.The owner refunded £639, but Goboony kept £446 and then stopped responding to my emails. I was left out of pocket and without any meaningful customer support.Very disappointing experience, be aware that if something goes wrong, you may be left to resolve it yourself.
