The worst customer experience. I ordered a pair of Cloves - they were too big so I mailed them back and got a smaller size. Those were too small. When I went to return them - I was told that their return window (14 days) was closed. To be fair, it was 3 weeks at this point but I had been hospitalized and wasn’t able to return them. They asked for photos of the shoes to confirm that they were unworn - which I provided. Then they asked for them again - and I provided them again. I was told the shoes were in good condition so I returned them. Today I received an email from Clove saying the shoes were unacceptable and I won’t get my money back. Apparently a pen (that was free - shipped with the shoes - that I did not ask for and was told to return with the shoes) exploded in the box. I was also told there was pet hair on the soles, which they said wasn’t a huge issue but they’re claiming there’s also lipstick staining on the shoes? I don’t even wear lipstick. So now I have no shoes and they still have my money. If they told me they wouldn’t have accepted the return in the first place I would have been fine with that - at least I could have tried to resell them and get some of my money back. But they wont give me the shoes and they wont give me my money and now I’m forced to try to get the purchase reversed via my bank - a headache I shouldn’t have to deal with. I don’t recommend buying.
