Scam company.Booked tickets in July 2024 for the ballet in Budapest, December 2024. Tickets were not received. Gocomgo advised that the performance was cancelled the day before we were due to attend, this we found later to be untrue. We were offered a different date. We changed travel plans accordingly, those tickets didn’t arrive. We were assured a refund that hasn’t materialised & now emails are being repeatedly ignored despite chasing daily.
