Review: I received a certificate for a 'free' cruise as an incentive for attending a presentation. To start, this company is the worst, resembling a scam. They can issue unlimited certificates for a yearly fee, rendering them practically worthless, as evidenced by their low rating. The certificate required a $198 non-refundable deposit and offered limited date options. After attempting to book twice, I was told those dates were unavailable. I was responsible for additional port fees and taxes. I repeatedly contacted them, hoping to secure a cruise with my preferred line, but options were consistently unavailable. After months of frustration, I finally settled for a cruise at a significantly higher cost than expected. It was disheartening to find that a friend booked the same cruise for less than what we paid. We received another certificate recently, but it’s going straight in the trash. This company should be ashamed for misleading customers.
