The staff was helpful, and I appreciate their good communication. They informed me of a delay close to the expected delivery date, which I wish I had known about earlier. Thankfully, I received the item before Christmas. However, the embroidery quality did not meet my expectations. The proof looked great, but the actual embroidered logo is uneven, which is quite disappointing.
