My brand new phone I'm not familiar with or phones in general have me issue while trying to easily reloan. The operator I talked with seemed like she couldn't figure my issue out. Then by this time I was having trouble navigating the site seeing as I had multiple pages opened on the site. Recurring pages and believing I was finished and not quite. Took me a few hours on my phone opposed to having used a desktop or something. My 3 star rating is based on customer service I got yesterday. I appreciate the supposed to be quick loan and hope for better understanding when someone calls to get on the same page.
