Update June: For transparency, following their reply to me on Trustpilot, Goddiva reached out to me via email and gave me the return form for the remaining dresses I wanted to send back, as well as a discount code as a gesture of goodwill should I choose to shop again. I have now recieved payment for the returned dresses after a 2 week wait, hence I have updated my score from a one to a three. I think in future to improve this process, there should be an alternative form to contact Goddiva, such as a live chat or another alternative email inbox to avoid situations like this. Also, because there is quite a wait to receiving a return, an automated email confirming Goddiva has recieved returned dresses would be helpful too. Previous review in April: I just cannot get them to reply or acknowledge me at all. It's been almost a month (19 total working days) where I have asked some questions about returning some dresses and haven't even recieved an acknowledgment email. They literally leave you in the dark.I have screenshots thankfully which show around the time of buying my dresses there was absolutely no indication of my dresses being outlet items and therefore non-refundable. Now, there is text on the website which detail the dresses are non-returnable. I want to talk to someone about Order - #407720 because it is misleading to do this. There was no way at the time I could have known these were non-refundable dresses the text which now indicates this on the website was NOT there at the time I bought my dresses. Disgraceful.
