I've bought a couple of office 2021 licenses which initially they were working for more than a year but on both of my PCs they became invalid at October 2025. I have sent more than 3 emails to the support, but till today i have received no reply or any kind of support whatsoever. Update (13 Jan 2026): Thank you for your public reply on Trustpilot asking for more information. Here are the details:- Purchased two Office 2021 licenses January 10, 2024.- Order number: #GO2008100663384- Keys worked >1 year, but both invalid in October 2025 (error: product key invalid / license revoked).- Sent 3+ emails to support on:20/10/2025 , 23/10/2025 and 3/11/2025 but no reply until now.Please review and provide me the necessary support. PS. Just to provide a full incident review, check below all the necessary details which are included already in my emails sent to you: I purchased two Microsoft Office 2021 licenses.The first was activated and used normally on my PC for over a year.The second remained unused (stored in my inbox).On October 19, 2025, my Windows 10 PC suffered severe malware corruption (OS and all files affected). I performed a clean Windows reinstall, then reinstalled Office 2021 using the first purchased key.The key was initially accepted during setup.But activation failed with an error (Activation failed" "invalid license").No hardware changes were made to the PC.I then tried the second (unused) key on the same clean install — it also failed with an "invalid license" error. Despite multiple reminder emails, I received no response or update until raising the issue to trustpilot since there was no other mean to contact you for support.
