I wouldn’t write this review had they been willing to stand by their product and make things right but that didn’t happen. I bought the first wig less than 30 days ago and it is like a Brillo pad. It’s unwearable. I followed their care instructions with shampoo and conditioner, no heat and I didn’t even brush it the way I’ve seen them do it on the video. I was extremely gentle with it. When I first received it, I loved it so much I bought another one and then bought a 3rd within 2 weeks. When I realized what bad shape this was in, I reached out to customer service who informed me that returns are only for 20 days and they cannot have been worn. How else would I know what terrible quality this was if I hadn’t worn it? So the 1st one can’t be returned because it’s been worn and the 2nd can’t be returned because it’s been over 20 days. The third is definitely going back. So out of over $1200, I’ll get around 25% back after return fees. They clearly know the quality is poor and that’s why they don’t stand by it.I was in the Facebook group and saw comments about how crunchy other people’s wigs were after only 3-4 washings but they’re removed quickly. My comment was removed super quick this morning and there was nothing rude about it. I was empathizing with another woman who was also in my shoes after only weeks. The only way people can be warned and save themselves the cost of $400 per wig that I spent is to post in places like this. Please keep looking. I’ve had wigs that have lasted for years. These never will. Buyer beware!
