IPurchased two wigs at different times but the color was so wrong I credited the first one and they charge for restocking the second one I really loved the style but again the color was wrong so did an exchange credit . They received the wig back five days ago and have had this money a month now I want to order my wig with the credit but I was told it takes 5-10 business days What a rip off Sadly will be the last time I deal with Godiva secret wigs . The person that answers the phone is not helpful or pleasant You get the feeling she could not care less
