In general, this service is decent. While the prices aren't particularly impressive, I've encountered minimal issues. I can't edit any files directly in the app, which requires me to download them, make changes on my computer, and then reupload. It's manageable, but I do wish there was a support ticket or chat feature available on the website or in the community. A dedicated support team is essential for future growth.
I canceled my subscription two months ago, which involved an incredibly complicated process with many clicks on a small button next to the prominent "continue subscription" option. I just noticed that they have kept billing me...
I asked for my account to be canceled due to numerous problems I could no longer manage. They were quite pushy and insisted on a reason. I had to insist that I had already provided one, but they refused to accept it. They claimed they were escalating the issue, but the ticket was closed and my account remains active. I can't even delete my billing information to prevent further charges! I expressed that this feels very predatory. Edit: they eventually resolved it, but only after I felt quite powerless. I ended up repeatedly sending the same message about my account. There was one representative who helped me and provided useful information, and I hope she received recognition for her assistance.
I would have rated this five stars until I tried to cancel my plan temporarily. I was at the end of my gaming phase and intended to return later, but now I won't be back. They deliberately complicate the cancellation process, repeatedly asking for confirmation and rearranging the buttons to either cancel or continue. If you have to trick me into staying, you aren't worth it.
I started with a free FiveM server. During setup, I found the server panel to be extremely clunky. The new version is particularly bad, while the old one at least functions, but it’s far from ideal. The backend is a nightmare; settings keep changing without my knowledge due to random tabs in the panel. I spent hours trying to get the server to work, encountering issues that should be easily fixable on their end. They treated it as user error and insisted I follow overly complicated instructions for a simple server setup. Their support was quick to respond but ultimately unhelpful, leaving me frustrated.
